About Us

Solomon’s Way is an organization dedicated to helping people find and apply time-honored principles to resolving interpersonal, family, and congregational conflicts. Its founder and director, Paul Beckman, has twenty-plus years of experience as a pastor and has worked extensively in dispute resolution, both in secular and church environments.

Solomon’s Way seeks to create a safe, neutral, and confidential environment where people can find an alternative to divisive and hurtful litigation, relational discord, and unhealthy denial of conflict.

The name — Solomon’s Way — expresses an intention to find ways of resolving disputes that go beyond the limits of our own thinking. We believe that wise counsel can help us extract ourselves from the “stuck places” of anger, accusation, incrimination, and party spirit that keep us from fruitful and peaceful relationships.
